Training is personal and works best when it’s built for you. You deserve more than a one-size-fits-all plan.
Apps and automated plans can provide structure, but they can’t adjust for your schedule, your energy, or what’s happening in your life. They also can’t see the early signs of fatigue or overtraining that often lead to injury. Coaching adds the human element: someone who listens, adapts, and helps you train in a way that’s sustainable and smart.
I’ll create a plan that fits you, evolves with you, and supports your goals while keeping you healthy, confident, and consistent.

If you’re ready for structure, accountability, and support and you want to feel more confident in your training, fueling, and recovery, coaching can make a huge difference.
And for what it’s worth, I have a coach, too! Every athlete (and every coach) benefits from having someone in their corner.
If you’re not sure whether you’re ready, let’s talk it through! We can hop on a quick call to discuss where you’re at what and you’re looking for. You don’t need to have it all figured out, that’s what coaching is for.
-
We’ll start with your goals, training history, schedule, and lifestyle. From there, I’ll build a personalized plan that includes running, cross-training, fueling guidance, and recovery. We’ll adjust based on how you’re feeling and progressing.
-
You’ll get a fully customized training plan and nutrition guidance, ongoing communication, and detailed feedback. I also provide recovery and race strategy support, and plenty of encouragement. Plus extras like shoe recs, fueling tips, and playlist inspo.
I’m the coach you can text about everything. From your next long run route to what to wear on race day, I’ll be just as excited to talk about it as you are.
-
Absolutely not! You don’t need to be an experienced runner to work with me. I coach runners for all different stages and distances. If you’ve completed a few races or built some consistency on your own but are looking for more structure and guidance to hit your goals, we’d be a good match.
What matters most is your willingness to show up, communicate, and trust the process. I’ll meet you where you are and build a plan that fits your goals, experience, and life.
-
You’ll have consistent access to me via the v.o2 app, where I’ll also prescribe and track your workouts. I check in regularly, and you can message me anytime with updates or questions. If you’re local to NYC, I’m always up for a coffee chat or shakeout run, too!
-
I’m a nutrition coach, not a dietitian, so I don’t prescribe strict meal plans. Instead, I’ll help you build smart, practical fueling habits around your training, races, and recovery so you feel confident and energized.

Life (and running) don’t always go as planned, and that’s okay. We’ll work through it together.
If you get injured, sick, or just need a break, we’ll adjust your plan and shift the focus to what you can do. That might mean strength work, cross-training, or simply rest.
Running is about more than miles; it’s about connection and support. Being injured can feel lonely, but you won’t go through it alone. I’ll be there to guide you, encourage you, and help you rebuild with confidence.
